About Victorian Community Corrections

The Community Corrections Practitioner (CCP) structure is a six-level classification aligned with VPS grades, covering practitioners who supervise offenders on community-based orders. CCP Grades 1-3 represent distinct work value levels mapping to specific VPS Value Ranges, while Grades 4-6 map directly to VPS Grades 4-6. CCP staff conduct risk assessments, develop case plans, monitor compliance, and liaise with courts, prisons, and support services.
